It is widely known that banks are currently very open to providing students with loans. Loans for study in India of up to Rs 7.5 lacs are available from all commercial banks. The Govt. of India has also announced that such a facility will be available without any collateral security for a loan up to Rs 4.0 lacs. This now means that the financial status of the family and its capacity to meet the expenses of a professional education for a student will not be a hindrance to those with merit and career ambitions. Students of all family backgrounds will have an equal opportunity to compete for admission and to secure a place in the FHRAI Institute.

The Executive Committee of FHRAI has also approved a provision whereby a scholarship can be granted for the emergency needs of a student in case of an accident in the family affecting its income. This will allow the student to continue with his or her studies in case of sudden financial difficulty. Such cases will be decided individually, on their merit. At the same time we have also introduced insurance scheme for all students to meet such contingencies.
