Internship Training

The preliminary professional module, combining on-campus education in culinary arts, service front office and housekeeping with on-the-job training in a hotel ensures that students can deal with operational issues in a real-life setting and are now ready to embark on a rigorous business school teaching.

 Faculty at FHRAI-IHM

FHRAI-IHM has highly trained and motivated team of faculty members who come from corporate world and teaching profession. Some faculty are trained qualified learning facilitators.

Developing Entrepreneurship

Students study entrepreneurship strategies in depth. They prepare for career challenges with short-term measures for profitability and long-range planning issues for overall success.
The students further learn about change management and special challenges it presents to an organization.  An active role is played in creating internship opportunities for the students.  Our interaction with the top end hotels helps in developing analytical tools and skills.
Some of the hotels/ chains where students acquire business training are:- Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, Taj Group of Hotels, ITC Welcom Group of Hotels, Intercontinental, Radisson, The Imperial, The Trident Hilton Gurgaon, Leela Kempinski, ITDC, Hyatt etc.
