FHRAI-IHM has highly trained and motivated team of faculty members who come from corporate world and teaching profession. Some faculty are trained Qualified Learning Facilitators from Switzerland.

Developing Entrepreneurship

Students study entrepreneurship strategies in depth. They prepare for career challenges with short-term measures for profitability and long-range planning issues for overall success.
The students further learn about change management and special challenges it presents to an organization.  An active role is played in creating internship opportunities for the students.  Our interaction with the top end hotels helps in developing analytical tools and skills.
