The Library support the teaching, research and extension programmes of the Institute. All students, faculty members and employees of the Institute are entitled to make use of the Library facilities on taking library membership. The Library, besides having a huge collection of books offers library services through its various facilities. The books and other facilities are made accessible through Intranet or Internet. Along with the automation of library , we have plans to digitize the library resources, so that the services of Virtual Library should be availed along with Traditional Library.

The library presently has about 600 titles and we are regularly updating them. We have books on all subjects in the curriculum and also general reading. We have a large no. of VCD's and CDs for student use on the subject of Hospitality Management and Culinary arts. We subscribe to approximately 30 periodicals on general reading. and the subject. Library has a large no. of course & other hotel management related books. Many Newspapers and monthly magazines are also subscribed to the library. The library is equipped with educational CDs and DVDs. AHLA CDs have been incorporated to the existing collection of CDs. New internship CD's are received from 5 Star Hotels for grooming the students.
