is that NRIs and foreign nationals will pay a tuition fee three
times the rate of the fee paid by Indian students, while all the
other components of the fees will remain the same. Overall, fees
paid by NRIs and foreign nationals are likely to be approximately
100% more than the fees paid by Indian students. All additional
receipts from this segment will be transferred to the scholarship
fund intended for financially disadvantaged students. Like for
indian students, fee for NRIs/foreiners can also be increased in
subsequent years, but not by more than 10% in any year.
